What guarantees do I have that nothing goes missing?

Is the stored furniture insured?
Yes, storage is covered by policy and you can extend the cover by declaring valuable items. Always ask in writing what is covered and up to what limit per item: an extra premium is not the same as a fair settlement if the cover is not spelled out.
