The Madrid market reference is €40–50 per floor when furniture has to be carried by hand. We calculate it in advance, not on the day, and it appears itemised in the quote.

No. Our fleet goes out daily to Alcalá, Móstoles, Las Rozas and Collado Villalba, so travel is included in the fixed price. Outside the region it is calculated per route and detailed in writing.

We do not ask for large deposits: the bulk is paid on completion, once you have checked that everything is in place. Cash, Bizum, transfer or card, always with an invoice.

Yes, Monday to Sunday including holidays, with no weekend surcharge. It is one of the practical differences with much of the sector, which only operates Monday to Friday in office hours.

We can start within 48 hours of you accepting the quote. For end of month, July and August, one or two weeks of notice gives you a choice of time slot.

Tuesday to Thursday, mid-month: the sector difference against a Friday or an end-of-month weekend reaches 20–30%. We charge no weekend surcharge, but mid-week gives more scheduling flexibility.

A studio, three or four hours; a two-bedroom flat, half a day; a three-bedroom flat, a full day; a house, one or two days. Floors without a lift are what lengthens the job most.

Yes, boxes and protective blankets are included in the service. Ask for plenty: a box filled to the top travels far better than a half-empty one, which collapses when stacked.

Yes, from €110 depending on the number of pieces. We dismantle wardrobes, beds and shelving at origin, bag and label the fittings and reassemble at the destination.

Yes. Professional packing is around €190 in a flat and €320 in a house, covering kitchen, glassware, artwork and fragile items. Importantly, what we pack is covered by the insurance — boxes sealed by the customer are not.

It goes out through the facade with a lifting platform, from €180 including the street permit. We identify that when quoting, not on the day.

We do. Many central Madrid streets require a reserved bay; we handle the council paperwork and the municipal fee, when it applies, is itemised in the quote.

Yes. Quotes and coordination are handled in English, and the crew leader on the day speaks enough English to run the job. Most of our English-speaking customers are relocating for work.

Every job carries public liability and goods-in-transit insurance. The incident is written on the delivery note at the time and we handle the claim with the insurer. Our incident rate has stayed below 2% of jobs for years.

Yes: transport authorisation, public liability insurance, written contract and invoice on every job. We recommend asking any company you consider for those four documents; it is the five-minute check that prevents most problems.

With the annotated delivery note and photos, claim in writing to the company and its insurer. If there is no response, the Junta Arbitral de Transporte of the Comunidad de Madrid resolves typical moving amounts free of charge, and consumer associations can mediate.

Documents, jewellery, cash and medication: carry those yourself. Also no flammable liquids or gas cylinders, which transit insurance does not cover.
