By far what we do most: hundreds of flats a year across every district of Madrid. From €299 for studios and apartments with normal access, boxes, blankets and protective film included. A two or three-bedroom flat usually lands between €380 and €900 with basic dismantling.
Large homes in Pozuelo, Boadilla, Las Rozas or the sierra. We survey the property (in person or by video call), calculate the real volume and assign a large lorry with a crew of three or four to finish in a single day whenever possible.
We move your office on Friday afternoon and over the weekend so that everything works at 9 am on Monday. Documents packed by workstation, every box labelled, furniture reassembled in the new premises. Also retail units and small warehouses.

Kitchen, glassware, artwork and anything fragile packed by our team the day before. What we pack travels insured, and that alone prevents most damage claims.
You do not need a lorry to move a sofa, a fridge or ten boxes: a van with one or two movers, from €120 inside Madrid, often available from one day to the next.
If you are handing back a rental, we can leave it painted and cleaned for the deposit inspection, coordinated with the move itself so you deal with one supplier instead of three.
Quick answer: professional packing costs €150–250 more and removes almost all breakages; packing yourself is free with our boxes, but the insurance does not cover the contents of boxes sealed by the customer.

Most of our customers pick the middle ground: they pack clothes and books themselves and leave the kitchen and fragile items to us. It is the combination with the fewest incidents.
Always, and it comes in writing within 24 hours with VAT, crew size, vehicle and everything included. In most cases we do not need a site visit: photos or a short video on WhatsApp are enough to work out the volume.
